Installing a marketplace connector
Section titled “Installing a marketplace connector”API key connectors

- Enter the connection details — typically a store URL and API key.
- Choose the scope: Organisation (shared across all workspaces), Brand, or Workspace.
- Click Install. oHallo verifies credentials and retrieves the available tools.
OAuth connectors
Section titled “OAuth connectors”Other connectors (e.g. HubSpot, Xero, Stripe, NetSuite) use OAuth:
- Enter a client ID (and client secret if required) from the vendor’s developer portal.
- Choose the scope for this connection.
- Click Install. You are redirected to the vendor’s login page.
- Authorise oHallo to access your account.
- You are redirected back to oHallo. The connection is now active.
OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically.
